Processing times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping times and rates

Standard shipping (U.S.): 3 to 5 business days.
Express shipping (U.S.): 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package at all times.

Delays and delivery issues

If your order is delayed or doesn't arrive, email us at elitepets01@gmail.com and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.

Shipping addresses

Please make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Elite Pets is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
